Testopius (“we”, “us”) is a freelance software testing service operated by Emre Altuntaş. Contact: emre.alts52@gmail.com.

• Contact form data: name, email, project description you submit voluntarily.
• Newsletter data: email address, if you subscribe.
• Analytics: anonymized IP, page views, browser/device — only if you accept cookies.

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver requested services.
• To send newsletter emails (only if you opted in).
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve content.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. You can decline and browse without being tracked. To revoke consent, clear your browser's site data.

We use these processors to run the service:

• Resend (email delivery) — receives contact form and newsletter emails.
• Vercel (hosting) — receives standard web request logs.
• Google Analytics (analytics) — only after consent.

Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and complete engagements. Newsletter subscribers stay until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows GA4 defaults (14 months).

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email emre.alts52@gmail.com with your request — we respond within 30 days.

Any project details, credentials, or code shared during engagements are treated as confidential. Standard NDAs are available on request.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
