Payment terms

Spot Check ($250), Project Review ($100/hr), Mentorship ($100/hr): paid upfront
E-commerce Launch QA ($700), Full QA Audit ($900), Mobile QA ($1,100), Fintech QA ($1,200), AI Product QA ($1,400), Automation Starter ($1,500): 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
Pre-seed/seed startup discount: 20% (proof: pitch deck or a friendly hello)

Methods

Wise

Lowest fees, fastest

The default for international clients

I'll share an ACH (US bank), EUR IBAN, or GBP sort code. Your client transfers from their bank as if it's a local account — no SWIFT complexity. Money lands in my Wise balance within 1-2 business days.

Fees:

US ACH free, EUR/GBP transfer €4-6. FX conversion ~0.5% (lowest in the market).

Best for

US startups, EU and UK clients. One-off or recurring. Works for both $100 and $1,500+ payments.

Payoneer

US bank + card

For clients with freelance-platform history

Payoneer gives me a US bank account + EUR IBAN. Your client can pay via ACH or card (Visa/Mastercard). Familiar flow for Upwork / Fiverr veterans.

Fees:

ACH free, card 1-3% (passed to client). FX conversion ~2%.

Best for

Clients needing card payment, clients coming from Upwork/Fiverr history, other freelancers who want Payoneer-to-Payoneer.

Turkish Lira (TRY) bank transfer / EFT

For Turkish clients

Local clients

Standard Turkish bank transfer or EFT in TRY. Invoice issued in TRY on request. Daily exchange rate — but no FX cost since it's local. EFT lands within 1 hour.

Fees:

Standard transfer/EFT fee. Free with most Turkish banks.

Best for

Turkish companies, local startups, Turkey-resident individuals. Clients who want TRY invoicing.

Common questions

Do you accept crypto / stablecoins?

Not by default, but I can invoice for USDC/USDT (TRON or Base network). Minimum $500 transaction. Let's talk first.

Can you provide an invoice?

Yes — USD/EUR/GBP or TRY invoice for every payment. I'm registered as a legal sole proprietor in Turkey; W-8BEN form provided for US clients.

What's your refund policy?

For fixed-scope packages, I refund unused work if I can't deliver what we agreed. For Spot Check, full refund within 24 hours if you're not happy with the scope confirmation.

Which do you recommend?

Wise for international clients — low fees, fast, feels local to the client. Payoneer if card payment is required. For Turkish clients: standard TRY bank transfer.
